JP Property services was established in 2011 by Paul Dobson who has over 40 years experience in the building trade, he has worked on a vast variety of quality building projects and has built up a large portfolio / Clientele who still use the company for projects, which reflects the relationships he has built and continues to build to this day

His son Luke has recently joined as his partner who has also learnt the building trade over the years working alongside his Dad and many other companies to build up his knowledge of the building trade. This has now made it a family business that has continued to grow with great pride.

We have a dedicated and hugely experienced team, who have been together for the majority of the business operations.

As a family run business we pride ourselves on being on site making us available to discuss matters throughout the process of any project as we believe this delivers the best results for the client and also making sure we deliver on time and to the quality we pride ourselves on and staying on budget.

We are NHBC approved and believe in preventative maintenance and always staying ahead of any potential issues. Our approach ensures that any work undertaken is always operating at its best and avoids any costly repairs down the line.
